The products of photosynthesis are

Phototrophs transform light energy into chemical energy through a process called photosynthesis, which is then used to power cellular processes. In the form of sugars, which are made from water and carbon dioxide, the chemical energy is kept in reserve. The products of photosynthesis are C6H12O6 (glucose) as the primary product and oxygen as a byproduct from photosynthesis. There are two reactions in this process: a light reaction and a dark reaction. Carbon dioxide is transformed into carbs in the dark reaction.
